Faversham Extension

TJE Interiors & Exteriors Ltd proudly presents this rear extension project, delivered from initial groundwork through to full structural build.

The project began with excavation and preparation of the existing rear area, followed by the installation of a reinforced concrete slab to provide a solid and durable foundation. Careful attention was given to levels, drainage, and structural integrity to ensure long-term performance.

Structural steel was installed to support the new opening and roof structure, allowing for a spacious, open-plan layout internally. The extension was then constructed using matching brickwork, seamlessly tying the new build into the existing property for a cohesive external finish.

High-performance aluminium bifold doors were fitted to maximise natural light and create a strong connection between the indoor living space and the garden. A flat roof system incorporating a skylight further enhances daylight within the extension, creating a bright and modern environment.

From groundwork and structural elements through to glazing and finishing details, every stage of the build was carried out with precision and care.
