This project involved a complete transformation of the property, with a full internal reconfiguration to create multiple en-suite bedrooms alongside high-quality shared living spaces. Works included new flooring throughout, bespoke joinery installations, full electrical reconfiguration, plumbing upgrades and modern heating systems to ensure efficiency and long-term performance.

Each bedroom has been carefully designed and fitted with bespoke built-in furniture, including wardrobes, desk spaces and integrated storage, paired with feature LED lighting to create a clean, contemporary finish. En-suite bathrooms were installed throughout, complete with full waterproofing systems, tiling and modern sanitaryware.

The communal areas were designed to maximise both comfort and functionality, featuring fully fitted kitchens with integrated appliances, a spacious lounge area with large-format media installation, and direct access to a landscaped garden space. Natural light has been enhanced through the use of rooflights and large glazed openings, creating a bright and open environment across the property.

Additional features include integrated lighting design throughout, modern electrical layouts with ample socket and USB provision, and a full CCTV system covering communal areas and external boundaries to ensure security.
